Our Commitment to Anti-Trust Compliance
Anti-trust compliance is essential to our multi‑stakeholder model. At every meeting of our governing and advisory bodies, Directors, Committee members and the Secretariat are reminded of our commitment to adhering to all applicable anti-trust and competition laws. Compliance with the SBP Anti-trust Compliance Policy is a requirement for continued membership and participation in any SBP governing or advisory body.
